Elaine was lovely to talk to and very professional and friendly.
The cut she gave me was fantastic and exactly what I wanted.

Waxed me repeatedly over the same areas, with very hot wax which left my skin very red and irritated. Waxed over a small facial scar pulling it open and leaving it sore. Didn't even ask me what shape I wanted my eyebrows. I will not be returning.
