Initially I was delighted, but I lost 3 nails in less than 3 weeks. I got one repaired that fell off after 13 days. Another fell off at day 15. I booked in for another repair and the night before a 3rd fell off. When I went in they said they didn't have time to fix two and I needed a new set. A refill is for regrowth not because they're falling off and not after less than 3 weeks.
I left because I didn't want to make a 3rd repair trip after dismissal that there was any issue with them.
