Unfortunately I arrived a little late for my appointment but sheena thankfully was busy with another client. Once she was finished it was all hands on deck for me. Sheena was great she helped position me so I was comfortable (I’m in a wheelchair) and proceeded to start the treatment which took c45 mins and I was delighted with the result. I would have no problem recommending sheena and her salon to anyone. Make sure to allow plenty of time to sit back and relax while you get pampered in Croi hair and beauty. I know I’m going back for more

My experience in Croí - Hair and Beauty was not good compared than I expect. My hair cut looks good, and the hairdresser was a good cut professional. But the service are really bad, I didn't feel welcome and she hurt me few times with the comb, no gentle actions. In my situation she charge me more 10 euros than the price I booked on Treatwell and she didn't explain me before she started cut my hair, I was so surprise, I understand why but it is her obligation to tell me that before she start to cut my hair. Definitely I will not return to this place and I don't recommend this service.

Would highly recommend this salon, really lovely girls who can’t do enough for you . Sheena worked wonders on my hair , I love it , first time getting ballyage and it turned out perfect!
