I just had my favourite haircut of all time. Sheena is not only one of a kind, lovely, funny, chatty, considerate but she's one of the best hairdressers I've ever met (and I'm a hairdresser, so I've met a lot) she did exactly what I asked for and also made suggestions to make it better which I'm glad I took because it turned out fab. It also felt like such a treat as she really does take an interest in the conversation so all in all I would give the overall experience 100 out of 10
