If I could have clicked all 5 things regarding Erika, I would have. She was friendly, knowledgable, reassuring, and efficient as well as being attentive to detail. It was my first time getting my hair coloured at DMH, and the result was a resounding success. Regarding cleanliness, no hairdresser I've ever been in (in my life!) has ever been pristine.. it goes with the territory to have some hair on the floor etc. It was as clean as it could be, and the staff there are very friendly and attentive
