the girl who was doing my massage , Marta, was brilliant, friendly, pleasant and did her job well...but the rest of the staff seems they dont care who is around, the receptionist even didnt ask if everything was ok, which they normally do at other places and it feels like people care if you liked the service or not...but at this place, very not welcoming feeling....definitely not coming back and wont be recommending this place

A bit nervous going into a beauty salon for treatment as a male but it was handled very well and everything worked out perfectly. Late appointment times helpful
