Very disappointed with this service, for what I paid it was below standard, the facial part was approx 10 minutes and was pointless for what she did, have been here a few times but won’t be returning.

I booked a session with Vanessa, but no one informed me she wasn’t available. Reception gave zero communication and left me waiting. The service was not up to the mark at all unprofessional&unacceptable.

I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder and Audrey understood the assignment. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish ! So professional & friendly . I will definitely be back and I recommend her to everyone ❤️
