Didn’t even get the barber that i had booked in with, he wasn’t working that day even though it allowed me to book him on the website 2 days before, barber that i did end up getting didn’t listen to what i asked for at all

I usually receive a great service but this time I did not get the barber I booked through the app and the haircut is the worst I’ve received. Have to visit elsewhere to get it corrected and cut correctly.
