I arrived at the exact time of my appointment and it took more than 30minutes to be assisted.
It seemed that they did not follow the reservation list.
The haircut was ok. They also did not follow the information about my booking as reserved.

I asked (and prepaid) for a skin tight fade around the sides and back to get rid of my mullet but my barber actually said "no" and proceeded to give me a scissors cut, but when he was finished there was literally no difference. I asked him to go even shorter and he just went a bit shorter. I left super disappointed with only about two inches of a fade on the sides that stop at my ears and just a shorter mullet. Anyone I have met since agreed that they even didn't notice I got my haircut
