Despite having a booking, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes, no apology and no explanation was offered. The barber answered his mobile during my haircut and chatted on the phone while continuing to cut my hair, again no apology.

I was waiting 25 minutes after my booking time because my barber took so long with the customer before me. He was clearly cutting his friends hair and took his time while they chatted and then left the barbers with his friend without cutting my hair. Another guy had to cover for him but he was great at least
