I was due to attend nov 27 but am suddenly unwell. I tried to reschedule my appointment to find that ginger was rigidly sticking to the 48 hour cancellation policy despite me being a regular customer. I am not attending out of respect for the staff who I do not want to make unwell. A shocking response from Ginger who should be able to make an exception to the policy for good customers. Customers mean nothing when they already have your money it seems.

Always a pleasure going to Ginger. Easy to book and was nice a quiet when I went in. Managed to get my brows done too!
