What an absolute treat- Bridget provided first class service from start to finish- everything was amazing from the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. I regularly get my nails done but this is the first time I tried Glam based on google reviews and honestly it was the best decision I made.
Bridget was so welcoming, kind and friendly and I loved the chats. I booked in for a deluxe pedicure, it was fabulous, felt amazing and never have I felt my feet look as good. The nails are so fab love the colours! I also booked in for shellac on my finger nails, her attention to detail was superb, it felt like my nails were being properly cared for; love the colours matching my toes. I’m so delighted I chose Glam and nail beauty salon. Thank you Bridget I cannot wait to go back.
Where to begin? Bridgette truly transformed my shabby nails into something beautiful! My friend and I were visiting from the USA and had a wedding to go to and I needed my nails did ASAP! We found Glam nails and decided to walk in and Bridgette took us in with a smile. She was so friendly and a lovely chat! I was obsessed with my nails and couldn’t stop looking at them (and taking pictures of them!). I got many a compliments in shops around Dublin and at the the wedding! Great price as well! Thanks again Bridgette! I would recommend her to anyone! 💯💞✨🙏🏾💅🏽
I was in Dublin City this evening and my usual nail salon had no availability. I rang glam nails and enquired about their pricing. On first impression a set of acrylics seemed outlandishly overpriced compared to other places in Dublin but I was dead set on getting them done so I headed down. I was greeted by an older lady who quoted me an even more expensive starting price than that I had heard on the phone. I politely asked further how much gems would be and she said in a snarky tone it depended although I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. She was so patronising and I was now looking at €100+ to get a simple set done. I sat and waited for 3 or 4 minutes as she ignored me before leaving. What a horrible way to treat a potential new customer. Money grabbing and rude. In response to the reply I got, I appreciate each salon has different pricing but the quote I got on the phone for acrylics with gel which I explicitly mentioned was different from the price I got in the salon and the phone conversation had no communication barriers, I was not wearing a mask and you were well able to hear what I was saying. There’s no point in excusing being rude to a customer, I’m so patient and I never bother writing reviews but this was just a dreadful experience. I wish you well with your business but I think a friendlier approach to business would go a long way.
