My first time in H&T, fab blow dry!

The hairdresser did not want to cut my hair as I ask and did a straight cut to my curly hair, now looking like a pyramid... moreover he cut much more that what I asked and his excuse was that he did not speak english. I have to now find another hairdresser to take care of his damage. Never again
