I realised near the end, he did not understanding a word I’d been saying. He asked “shorter at back” I said - No, all the same length, chattered away about how I hate it higher or lower. He only understood No to the short ? and cut it tapered long into a point which I had to get fixed elsewhere. I asked for it really choppy, he smiled and nodded but didn’t do it, I realised he had no clue what I was saying, he eventually did it a little but not as much as I wanted and I gave up explaining

A lovely salon experience, I got a full head of highlights with toner and treatment by Lin who was amazing. She spent so much time discussing the process and my desired outcome, took care in carefully applying the foils and mixing toner, and was so kind and chatty throughout the whole experience. Gave me lots of tips on how to preserve my hair health in between appointments. Looking forward to my next visit already.
