Running late( entirely my fault) but I don’t appreciate the attitude of staff over the phone. Could of easily just told me not to show up but made me still go to the salon and then cancelled the appointment.

staff seemed to struggle to teach a class whilst looking after customers. not fair on them they can only do 1 thing at a time
