Very efficient. Arrived just before my appointment time and was seen almost immediately. Was in and out for a wash and blowdry in less than 30 minutes which is exactly what I wanted given I was going for dinner with friends. Very happy.

Very happy with my overall experience at Hermans. All of the staff were lovely, tea and coffee readily available and Lyndsey really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. Will be back soon

Usually I'm very happy with Herman's, but in this instance I didn't enjoy the experience. My hairdresser was a smoker whose hands still smelled smoky, making my hair smell smoky too. No offer of tea or coffee upon arrival, and very rough handling of hair during both wash and blowdry. Had to ask for flyaways to be dealt with at the end as was going to be left with frizz around the front. Not sure whether staff were just v busy but wasn't amazing.
