Very bad experience. They asked me to pay double for the service when I reached and when I declined to pay double, they asked me to cancel the appointment. Since Treatwell didn’t allow me to cancel the booking at the time of appointment, I was asked to deal with Treatwell myself. This is highly disappointing to be asked to pay double for the service which is pre paid. I was also asked to come 30 mins earlier then my booking time because they wanted to close early.
