I’m not usually one to complain, however when removing my previous shellac their filing technique was so bad they filed through my natural nail, to the point it was red and sore. I kindly let them know and they complained about the previous nail tech I went to. They carried on and completed the shellac application but because my nails are now so thin they’ve split below the white part within 3 days. Also the application of shellac was poor and I was left with patches not painted. My toes however were done well and I am happy with them.
