I love this place and get my nails done once a month here, sadly this time was not a pleasant experience. The girl I had paid no attention to what she was doing, while using the scraping tool at one stage she was looking at someone else across the room, she kept checking the clock and failed to clean the nails until i asked her to use a wipe to clean the excess dust off my nails from the file and buff. Twice i pulled away as she hurt me with a file and no apology was offered. Disappointing.

I have tennis elbow and my arm and back was terribly sore. Thank God I got a great massage and a very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend!
