Pedicure itself was good Mono was lovely. Paint is not great flooded cuticles. Cuticles not pushed back had to ask to push back and wasnt done properly. When i got home i pushed them back with my nails! Polish was floated on and is lumpy amd lifting as soon as i got home. No music in salon Its silent, salon workers talking in there own language and i felt awkward especially to ask to push back my cuticles because everybody could hear. I bet that puts alot of pressure on the girl doing them too!

Had appointment for BIAB,
Arrived on time and they had given my appt to someone else.
Asked for BIAB removal and reapply.
Product was applied in one thick layer. Really high on the nail and painful when curing.
Have had this done many times and was never sore.
Asked for length to be kept, really sloppy french tip and when I asked if they could please go over it, I was told it would be filed to meet it. my nails were filed down to almost nothing. Only payment by cash or revolut too.
