I was made to wait 20 minutes even though I had an appointment with staff blaming eachother for this, then my nails were all filed crooked on one hand which I didn’t notice until after I had left. Will not be returning.

I don’t think I have met a nail specialist as bad as Mei. First, she made me push my appointment which I did although it changed all my evening plans… then I arrive and she is running super late. When she finally starts to do my nails, she keeps saying she is in a rush and makes me feel like I am bothering her (which when you do your nails, you want to be pampered, not the opposite). My nails are trash of trash and then she made me pay more than the price on Treatwell! Awful person honestly.

I have been coming to Mei Mei for a long time now for waxing in particular as she is so friendly and also does such an amazing job. She really cares about her clients
