The customer service is just bad.. waited an hour and half for a 3 minutes eyebrow wax.! I wasn’t even attended to or informed that i will be delayed. Have been there a 3 times and I was just tolerating the lateness and lack of decent customer service cause of the location. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
