Highly NOT recommend. I had a horrible experience. It's the first review I leave and it's because I've never felt so bad after leaving a salon. While I showed a very clear picture of what I wanted and discussed it, I ended up with the ugliest result ever. Basically, instead of having dark Bordeaux hair with copper highlights, I ended up with PINKISH hair on top and ginger at the bottom. I had spent around 4h there, in their FREEZING salon, the only thing I wanted was to run out of it. I waited for the color to fade but it's still hideous. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror anymore. I paid 130 euros for that!! and I still had to add 20 euros for a color that I bought myself to fix it. I don't wish that to anyone. Never dye your hair there.
