Firstly the appointment was rescheduled with only 3 hrs notice. Secondly I got 30 min but I paid for 45. Which was maybe for the better as I felt like running out of there anyway. Was given dirty towel to rest my head on to start with. When the thing started I was speechless. The girl started my 'back, neck and shoulders' massage from my legs (or my jeans, since I only undressed the upper part). She then sat on me(!) to continue with the lower back. I presume it was for ease of access... And she did it again later... She then literally smashed my spine into the bed in a couple of fierce pushes. The rest of the experience wasn't much better, not sure what school of working the knots it was, but I objected a couple of times as it was very painful. And I am no stranger to deep tissue massage, so go figure... All in all this was not the service I expected or paid for. I ran out of there as soon as I could.

I arrived at very short notice after another salon never showed up for my appointment, I booked through Treatwell only 5 mins before and the ladies were fantastic. I love my upstyle and makeup, would highly recommend to anyone else for a wedding or occasion!
