Poor customer service. Left waiting for 45 mins despite having booked online weeks ago. Ana was great at upstyles but it's a pity the manager is all about making money instead of treating customers well

I was taken in on time which was great the lady that washed my hair didn't speak any English and didn't ask what shampoo I wanted and didn't use any conditioner. I was left sitting upright at the basin not knowing if I should go to a chair or not. My hair was so dry after the wash that the stylist had to use 3 different brushes to brush my hair out. I asked for a blowdry straight with as much volume as possible and my hair was flat and I had to go home and straighten it. I wouldn't return here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
