Despite arriving on time, it took approximately 15 minutes before I was even given colours to choose for my shellac. Then when this happened the nail technician disappeared for 10 more minutes as she worked on another client - a double booking. She then proceeded to answer her mobile phone during my treatment and filed and shaped my nails without allowing me any input as she spoke on the phone. She continued to send and listen to voice notes throughout the duration of the manicure. I found the filing and buffing quite rough and the cuticle work made me bleed. Now only 3 days after my gelish manicure I already have chips on multiple nails. Will not be returning or recommending.
