Karen went out of her way to ensure that the booking went smoothly and on the day also. My friend said that the massage she had from Emily was the best one she ever had!

My treatments were fabulous, the massage was excellent, and the facial was very good, and my beautician offered good suggestions for my skin. The manicure and pedicure were also very enjoyable. I didn't get offered my glass of bubbly though, which was disappointing.
The relaxation "Whisper Room" was a lovely idea for between treatments, but sadly a squeaky door and staff / others entering every few minutes wasn't conducive to relaxation. There was also a loud coffee machine (when in use). Perhaps the staff could keep water / glasses elsewhere for people outside the room rather than coming in and out constantly?
Overall, it is a lovely place with some great scenic views, unfortunately the Steam room was not working, and due to the unexpected snow and heavy rain the outdoor hot-tub was not really possible to try (although it was running, the only way in and out was through the "relaxation room" and it seemed like a bad idea). I will go back to try these out sometime.
