I specifically looked up "kids cuts" and this salon came up so I booked 2 concurrent 11am slots for my 3 year olds. I realise now that "kids cuts" is not the same as "child friendly" so that assumption was my fault. We were kept waiting 25 mins beyond our app time which is not appropriate for 3 year olds, we never got our 2 booked stylists, it was too noisy for children, and, in this pandemic time, they couldn't accept card! Cuts were average quality but experience was poor. Disappointing.

Fabulous services s always, every member of staff was so lovely. Covid precautions are very high standard, I felt very safe during all three of my treatments.
