Came in to get my colour and nails done for Christmas. The salon was quite busy but the service was excellent as usual! So pleased with my hair and nails (such a huge selection of colours!) and will definitely be back again soon!

I was left sitting for half an hour, then a stylist told me it would be another 25 minutes before I would be seen. Really frustrating as they clearly knew when I arrived that there was a delay and chose to waste my time rather than being upfront. I understand these things happen but there's no excuse for the lack of communication.
