This was the worst spa pedicure I’ve ever had. She was applying the top coat of varnish to my nails 20 minutes after the treatment started. I asked her to remove more hard skin from 2 spots on my feet and she wouldn’t as she said it wasn’t hard skin. I actually checked if it was hard skin when I got home because I thought I was wrong. When I rang back to complain the lady took absolutely no ownership, she said there was nothing wrong with her work and she did the job she always does!
