Very bad service. She doesn’t care about appointments made online through Treatwell. This is the second time in a row she has stood me up. I always book well in advance and even arrive five minutes early to avoid wasting anyone’s time, but each time she takes another appointment and asks me to wait 20–30 minutes. She doesn’t even apologize and seems surprised that I had an appointment, as if she never checks her schedule. Very rude and unprofessional behavior – I will never go to her again.
