Very poor service. she doesn't care about apts booked on treatwell. I had a poor experience before but decided to give another go. She forgot my apt, so I had to wait 25 min.. She barely apologised - is unprofessional and rude

Very poor service. Had to wait 15 mins past my booked time, they were overbooked. The appointment was chaotic - halfway through my nails, they swapped to a different technician? It was weird.
