Booked online the night before. Arrived at the address five minutes early, there was no answer! I checked my emails and saw that my appointment had been pushed out by half an hour, it would have been good to get a text as I may not have checked my emails. I came back in half an hour to find Tatjana arriving with cleaning supplies. I was let in, had to wait for her to set up and warm up the room. She was very nice and pleasant but chatted the whole time and the massage was a bit haphazard!
