Absolutely shocking experience. From the minute I walked in. I don’t even know was it Tatiana who done my massage, because she spend most of the time on her phone during the treatment. Signature Spa massage is completely miss advertised. Wasn’t even asked for any health information, no assessment and definitely non of the massage part was a deep tissue massage. Wouldn’t recommend, and will be requesting refund. Came out with more stress muscles then went it.
