Really disappointing, was so rushed. Didn’t feel professional at all all together very weird experience, the next day we were actually in pain. The body wrap wasn’t available even though it was available to book, I was offered a facial instead, no refund, no explanation of what facial I was getting or any consultation about it. The lady left me to relax for ten minutes but couldn’t possibly relax as two staff members were arguing in the hall. Really disappointed it was our honeymoon treat
