I had the worst facial experience here. I paid €85 for a facial, and the entire treatment lasted only about 30 minutes. There was no skin analysis, no proper cleansing, and no deep cleaning. The treatment consisted of one cleanser, a cream, and a cream mask—that was it.
I have pimples and pigmentation concerns, but none of these issues were properly assessed or addressed. The room was very dark, and the whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional.
