I booking in this spa for a sweedish massage for the appointment to be changed 1 hour before from 10am till 4pm. I agreed traveled to spa to be met with my appointment not to be there and staff very confused. . Called number that changed the time to no reply. Was pre paid also to no refund even after contacting treatwell. Be careful.
