Excellent massage after a stressful Christmas!

Booked a couples massage as a surprise for my partner. I understand I booked at an off peak time after Christmas and I do feel this affected our experience. We waited 25 minutes after our appointment start time for the second staff member to arrive. The rooms were very cold and I could not warm up my feet fully during the massage. The music was relaxing at times and very distracting at others. My massage was okay but my partners was very good. Perhaps another time of the year would be better.
