I went for a Sports Massage with Susan/Suzanne (apologies, not great with names) as I had some muscle tightness as a result of some gym work over the past couple of weeks, particularly in my shoulder. The massage helped to loosen up my shoulder, it feels a lot better now, and I definitely feel a lot better overall. I would definitely recommend a Sports Massage at Spy Day Spa!
