I booked the hydro facial which said it was 1 hour duration. When I arrived there was nobody at front desk and when I finally met the therapist they looked at me like they had no idea that why I was there. The treatment started 15 mins late and only lasted 35 mins- not 1 hour as it said on website. The hydro treatment was quite painful and the therapist quite rough with her technique. I would not recommend this salon and I won't go again.
