I got a call less than 20 mins before my treatment saying it had to be delayed due to another client. When I said I couldn’t do a later time and asked for a refund, the manager was dismissive and made me feel like I was being unreasonable, even though it was clearly a booking error. She eventually said, “Fine, I’ll find someone,” which wasn’t the most relaxing start for a massage. The massage itself was good, but after that phone call, I felt uncomfortable going in and won’t be back.
