The massage was conducted in a professional, hygienic matter. I got hot cupping done for the first time and i was asked, informed and educated on the process and history which I appreciated. I would recommend this process to anyone.

I had a pregnancy massage with Lisa this week. I was apprehensive before I went as I didn't know what to expect with a pregnancy massage. Lisa was so welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. Lisa mentioned that I had a lot of knots in my upper back and tried to release these quite a lot. My back has felt much better since this. I wasn't aware of how bad it was beforehand. I would definitely recommend Lisa. I've booked in with her again for 2 weeks time.
