I booked in for 9am, there was appointments available all morning but 9am suited me. I double checked Google and it confirmed the salon was open 9am-5pm that day and had been confirmed by the owner 9 weeks previous. I arrived at 8.50am and sat there until 9.10am, the salon was not open and no staff went near the place. I saw a man opening up the adjoining hair salon but there was no staff and the salon was not open. I got a missed call at 9.30am and they tried to say I was a no show

Great atmosphere in the salon, music playing, included in conversations. I had to rearrange my appointment and it was no problem. All in all great experience!

I had booked online for treatment with Lan and arrived on time, but eye treatment was actually done by another lady. However I am very happy with how this lady did my eye trio, she took time doingand gave the dye etc enough time to work.

The guy actually cut my hair. He was fabulous. Great atmosphere & was so considerate and respectful to what I was looking for. He was fantastic & definitely will be coming back to him!
