I arrived at the salon another customer arrived at the same time. It appeared that we both had the same appointment time. As I booked online I was brought in for my appointment. The technician rushed through removal and reapplication, She started just after 5.40 and I was out the door at 6- 20 mins for Biab removal and reapplication! I asked about 3 times were my nails dry, to which she confirmed they were. When I got home I was completely disappointed by my shoddy nails and poor experience
