I went in for a BIAB treatment and had such a lovely experience! The team was super professional and friendly. Nicole paid amazing attention to detail and took real care with my nails. Highly recommend this nail shop if you’re looking for quality service and a warm atmosphere.

Would not recommend for a wax, room was dirty, bins were were overflowing, wasn’t given any hygiene wipes before or disposable underwear, she spilled wax on my arm and leg, was very rushed, sloppy and extremely unprofessional

Really poor experience. Had booked a Hollywood wax. Wax was far too hot - and could have easily burned my skin.
Poor techniques used (waxing the same skin several times, not holding down skin so when the strip was pulled my skin and hair was pulled too!). I ended up having to stop the wax half way through. I do not recommend this venue at all! I was charged 28 for a 45 euro treatment which was poor completed. Don’t recommend at all!
