My latest refill had a few problems. My nail technician unfortunately caused some pain with the electric file at one point, where I had to pull my hand away because of how intense the pain was. Also, I'm not sure what the issue was but when she was filing (likely could have been the file or the angle of the filing), but at certain points it felt as though the file was going to cut the skin at the top of my finger.
