I don't know what way they are allocating appointments lately but the last few times I've been in, I've had to wait at least 20mins after my appointment time.
They need to sort this out. Apart from that, the place is spotless & staff are lovely & very good at what they do.

I usually love the way the staff does my nails but this time my nails were done by a new artist and they usually take 30 mins for gel polish. She took 1.15 hours and the results were not that good. Thanks.
