Really disappointed with my pedicure. The whole appointment was over in about half the time I expected, and it honestly felt like she was rushing because another client was waiting. Because of the rush, she actually cut me during the treatment. There was also gel left on the skin around my toes instead of just on my nails, and she even left cuticles behind, so the pedicure didn't look properly finished. On top of that, I didn't see the tools being sterilized before they were used.
