This was my second time attending Villux. Lari is an excellent masseuse but the whole experience this time was not enjoyable as the room was freezing cold. I could not enjoying the experience at all. I asked for an extra towel to put over me but it didn’t help, the cold had gotten in to my bones and I was shivering. With the season changing, it should have been anticipated that heating would be needed in the salon.the staff were shivering when I arrived but still no heat was turned on.
