disorganized staff , with few employees and too many customers ,confirm many customers without having the ability to serve everyone with quality and efficiency.I waited too long while the team of three employees tried to take care of 6 customers, just chaotic, so mucH dirt on the table and equipment and nobody wore gloves, and the professional always answering her cell phone. I was charged an additional €16 for no apparent reason even though my extensions were simple, totally mess .

Had a refill. Waited over 35 mins for my appointment. I’d a few nails broken, normally a salon dissolves them off or pops them off but she burned them off my with the drill, going “this will burn to get it off”
She was pretty rough with the drill as it was, like she might as well have been trying to dig to the centre of earth with all the pressure she was using.
The other man doing nails in there started smoking out the window at one stage.
She tried to charge me even though I’d paid online

Amazing manicure! The staff was extremely detailed and my nails turned out beautiful!!
